You are the one who seems obsessed with race, I am making a cultural argument, I never have said that other races were incapable of adopting a liberty culture, I simply pointed out that in this universe they didn't happen to.

And the Iroquois were no better on personal liberty than any other tribal culture, like the Saxons for instance, and they were worse than some.

Are you trying to claim that Franklin said that the Iroquois were the only influence on the founders?

That is ludicrous whether you made it up or he said it.

I happen to know that Franklin wanted Moses leading the Children of Israel on one side of the National Seal and Hengist and Horsa on the other, so I think that Saxon common law was a larger influence than the Iroquois.

I have never said and have argued against the idea that race has anything to do with bad politics or bad culture, there are too many Europeans who have had both throughout history for any sane person to believe such idiocy.
