Second one in a row where he didn't assert himself. They marginalized him and he accepted it. To the average American he is looking more and more like a crazy man/fringe candidate each debate.

It doesn't make him look crazy or fringe, it makes him look weak. Huck won that debate IMO. Ron should have raised his voice and interupted like Romney always does.

He did awesome. Last debate he should have asserted himself, this one maybe but at least he did 10x better then last time.

Yup and he did not capitalize on it! This debate was such a fucken let down!

Good thing Keyes really asserted himself in the Iowa "debate", otherwise he wouldn't have been invited again either...oh, wait....

Huckabee didn't talk enough to win. I can't even remember what he said.

I think Huckabee and Paul (both due to talking time) did neutral while McCain and Romney lost because they looked like bickering babies

Paul did have the best overall answer though, and it was a beaut.

Look guys, I might have agreed with you, before he got that longer question. He kicked total ass in his answer. And his answer to the Reagan question was awesome too.

Ron Paul is the ONLY man on that stage who has a claim to say that Ronald Reagan would support him. Because as Ron so brilliantly pointed out, RONALD REAGAN CAMPAIGNED FOR RON PAUL!!!

The sky is falling, the world is ending, run away.

STFU. Ron Paul is not us, he is 72, he is a statesman, he is old school and well baheved and professional. This IS his bedside manner.

He is our messenger today, next time maybe we'll have someone more like you want, but now is not that time., Now is time for Ron Paul to win by NOT being like the other a-holes on stage.

GO RON PAUL!

I think you guys are right, but this makes me want to work harder for it. Nothing that comes easy is worth fighting for. For RP...this is war.

For the first half of the debate, he was basically biding his time long enough for people to see how unfair the format was, and for McCain and Romney to make fools of themselves.

Then, he calmly proceeded to open his mouth and shut them the hell down. I, for one, thought it was brilliant.

Well at least now I know why they seated McInsane and Romney next to each other. Made it easier on the cameraman, so he didnt have to pan around at all.

you know he's pissed. i don't get why he doesn't do anything. does huckabee look like a whiner complaining?

He's not "done for", Romney & McCain made themselves look like fools while Huck stole the show. Ron's reply's were great--when he had a chance to get a few words out.

If anything, this debate will help RP because people will see how big of douche bags McCain & Romney are.
