Texas delegate needs advice!!

Hi, a nice lady from Texas came to me seeking advice. She was wavering about who to vote for because her husband was saying she would waste her vote. I spoke with her at length and in the end told her to follow her heart.

Anyway she "thinks" she is now a delegate and wants to know what to do next. I live in Florida so if someone from Texas can send me a private message I will give you her e-mail address. We just need to make sure she knows the steps to take in that state.
