Epirus’ Leonidas High-Power Microwave (HPM) weapon system was developed to counter the threat of drone swarms. The system uses “
directed energy to disable electronics, effectively creating a “force field” that can disable multiple drones simultaneously”.
In January 2023, the US Army awarded Epirus a $66 million contract for Leonidas prototypes.
The Leonidas can attack targets in crowded areas with high precision and accuracy.
Leonidas uses digital beamforming to create a "force field" that can leave friendly drones unharmed while disrupting hostile drones. It can also attack an entire area in “wide beam mode”:

Joe Lonsdale (whose mother is a Jew), who cofounded Epirus in 2018, started his career at PayPal (of Thiel and Musk), in 2003 co-founded Palantir (together with Peter Thiel), was an early investor in Anduril, and is a friend of Elon Musk;
Alex Moore, a founding employee of Palantir in February 2005;

I couldn’t find much information on Rich Mattera, but his role at UnitedHealth Group really began when he started his legal work at UnitedHealth subsidiary Optum, where the CEO since 2018 was none other than Sir Andrew Witty, who helped lead the WHO's COVID vaccine efforts. In 2019, Sir Witty also became president of UnitedHealth.
Before that, Witty was the CEO of GlaxoSmithKline from 2008-17. In 2012, he was knighted for services to the British eugenics program:

In 2018, the US Department of Defense awarded a $50 million contract to create 3D maps of urban areas to the Army's Armament Research, Development, and Engineering Center (ARDEC), located at the Picatinny Arsenal in Rockaway, New Jersey.
The program is focused on “
improving autonomy, 3D/4D mapping, localization, target ID, tracking, collective 3D visualization, weapons system integration of Unmanned Autonomous Systems and subterranean communications”.
In mid-November, the drones first appeared coincidentally over the Picatinny Arsenal military base.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) prohibited flights over the Picatinny base for 'special security reasons' from 21 November to 26 December:

Maybe the most disturbing in Curtis Yarvin’s manifestos are his proposals for “not productive” people (useless eaters…): the “best humane alternative to genocide” is to “virtualize” these useless eaters: imprison them in “permanent solitary confinement” where they would be connected to an “immersive virtual-reality interface” so they could “experience a rich, fulfilling life in a completely imaginary world” of social media and/or computer games with some soma to keep us happy (that’s the Matrix in a nutshell, while Yarvin also has promoted the “red pill” waking up concept…)

I really hope that I’m wrong about the following horrible “prediction”…
As there is no way that a 3D map will help them precisely locate a flying object (like an enemy drone), they are of course lying. These “3D/4D” maps (topping 3D chess, we now get 4D maps…) will be used to locate targets on the ground in “urban areas” (more like a “2D” map).

The army and cops wouldn’t object to an AI-controlled directed energy weapon system that would zapp lockdown breaking criminals with a “non-lethal” dose of radiation. When they develop the symptoms of THE disease, this will of course be blamed on THE virus instead of the radiation.
