Teachings of the Quran

I could actually put all of those well into context, but I do not have the time, nor the desire.

...But as far as finding a list of so-called violent hadiths and verses, anyone can do this, there's hundreds if not thousands of sites which you may choose to copy and paste these lists from.

This is only because the Hadiths and Qur'an are full of "so called" violent versus. If one is "not educated" on the Islamic religion, should not the Hadiths and Qur'an be the authoritative place to conduct the "ample research before attempting to engage in debate?" Member Oreich did not quote from Dr. Suess books, he/she quoted from Islamic authoritative sources. Your answer to his/her concern with what he/she read from these sources is to research the sources? Hopefully you can appreciate how this can look like deflection and avoidance.

I remember a collection of individuals who also fervently believed themselves to be a peaceful religion. They were named Aum Shenrikyo. Comparative to Isis, Hezbollah, Hamas, Al Qaeda, etc..., etc... they did little in the way of death and destruction. Once the world awakened to their deeds, they haven't been heard from much as of late.
