Who is this Eric J Odom nut?

Amy Kremer did not start anything... she works for GOP consultant Sal Russo and his fake tea party bus.

The real movement was December 16, 2007 and there was a march in July of 2008 on DC.

Here is proof, in videos and posters.

Also see where Kremer is trying to get Paul on the bus? She knows she didn't start CRAP.

SAD eh?

OK I'm adding this.... it's a current interview with NECN, he says RP is the 'godfather' of the tea party, and Ron says it's 4 years ago it was started.

And to answer some of you who think it's been hijacked, it sure has not in NH because the person who brought Ron Paul here in 2007 made sure of that!

Ron Paul: Tea Party 07 is the title of the video uploaded on November 11th of 2007.CLEAR EVIDENCE

This video should shut the neo-con hijackers up.

more evidence that the neo-con hackjobs such as Sarah Palin pretended to create the tea party.HIJACKERS.

Started in 2007 as given above. Since then the Tea Party has become a neocon tool and generally not liked so I don't see any reason to associate with it anymore.

I refuse to associate with them. Brainless controlled opposition is what most of them are.I remember when Sarah Palin successfully hijacked the "tea party" because her political career was in danger. She had to fix her image after it got slammed 5 feet below ground surface during the 2008 election. With so many people blaming Sarah Palin for the 2008 loss, scapegoating her..she had to latch her parasitic hands onto a group of people and empower herself. All the politicians who pretended to create the Tea Party were power grabbing politicians who were just dying for political power . Rand Paul is the only real liberty movement candidate I can think of who actually got backed by the tea party.

The first Tea Party event is Dec 16th, 2007? When did the Houston group have that waterside tea party where Ron threw something overboard? Was that earlier? And should the Tea Party be dated from Dec 16th or from when the idea and plans were being pulled together? Maybe something in RPF and DP archives?

Let's just start calling ourselves the Liberty/Freedom Movement. If the Tea Party wants to go back to being social cons and war hawks, then they will just disenfranchise all of the libertarian/independent voices. Essentially they will render themselves useless in getting people elected. Republicans NEED independents and libertarians to win, period, and if they want to shut out our ideas, then let's let them crash and burn on a few elections to really drive it home!

I just watched a video where lots of them say that "Glenn Beck" is to thank for their gathering in front of capitol hill. Go figure, and most of them are completely ignorant to history. Glenn Beck like Sarah Palin had a career on the line....so what did he do? He hijacked a movement just like Sarah Palin because he wanted to jump start his hack job career ,he needed to flip flop in order to do it.

If we could flesh out the Wikipedia Tea Party articles with some info on early Tea Party events that would be a big help to correct the misinformation. I'm not much of an expert on editing Wikipedia but the first step I think would be to compile a list of referenced links to articles on pre-2009 Tea Party events.

Here are the current articles:

December, 2007, in Freeport, Texas, Ron's home community.

I decided to collect the relevent videos by date.

Notice Santelli mentions Austrian economics! That is the missing link.

That would be very unwise. The tea party was started before this country was founded. It belongs to anyone and everyone who believes that the people are to give the marching orders to the government; not the other way around.

Ron Paul is the intellectual godfather of the rebirth of this movement. The moment we distance ourselves from this movement, is the moment Ron Paul has lost the election. These are the people who believe the government has overstepped its bounds. If you believe they have gone off-course, get in there and impact their views. Most certainly do not run away. All tea party groups are not the same. Do not write them all off. It would be more than foolish.
