David DeAngelo: Most common mistake guys make is they WAY overdo the C&F, especially out of the club/bar scene and they never end up getting the number because it gets old. Gotta keep moving forward. What he teaches is decent, though. But it took me a couple months to realize that he actually transitions to real conversation...yeah...high school was fun.
Neil: He hasn't really come out with much to my knowledge, his email list was cool for a while, though. He seems like a cool guy. Unfortunately, I understood every acronym he used...
Fun scenario:
There was an attractive girl who was sitting at her desk. Two guys were a few rows behind her having a conversation and I was behind them:
Guy 1: Dude, that's an HB9.5, which routine should I run? The broken pencil or the Starbucks coffee?
Guy 2: I don't know, I would go with the coffee.
Guy 1: Yeah, I would too, but the broken pencil is better. I am going to need to DHV really fast and probably neg twice. You might have to back me up for social proof.
The conversation went on for another minute and I shook my head, walked up to her with an observational opener, I believe it was "how'd you do on that test?" We had a great conversation, she told me she had a boyfriend (Facebook verfied

), and that was that. We're still friends.
I walk back, and the guys are still talking and not approaching. They were still in their own heads. I went back to my seat after smiling and saying "hey" to them, and I got to hear them talk about how I "didn't use a routine" or whatever it was. Oh yeah, they still haven't talked to her yet.
