I recall hearing a Black Pastor, a guest on NPR about five years ago, saying that the Black Community cannot advance by continually villainizing the majority race in this country...there will be blowback. I thought his viewpoint was objective and refreshing. In regards to YOU refusing to call me a Racist, you don't have to. I'm white, therefore...

If you want to be pissed at anyone be pissed at the person who started this thread and the forum mods for allowing it to fester this long. It's only purpose is to stir racial animonisty. You want to talk "blowback?" I ignored this thread for a long time, hoping the racism would stay localized. But I see it's permiating other parts of the forum. You don't like the majority race being "continually villianized?" Well this thread and the "Hatians eating cats" slander (as in lie) thread villianize the minority race. And from a worldwide perspective, Europeans are not the "majority race." About 1.2 billion people of Europen descent worldwide compared to 1.7 billion of African descent and 4.75 billion of Asian descent. So if we go global race war the Asians kick all our asses considering the fact that China has now reached technological parity on air superiority.

If you really want to talk about racial harmony and people not continually villainizing each other on race, the most productive way would be to start a new thread about it as this one is too toxic. But if you ONLY talk about white people being "vilianized" that will be dishonest and unproductive. Certain people only seem to want to have a "color blind" society when it benefits them but are happy to talk about race 24/7 when they think talking race benefits them.

A black man's death sentence was commuted to life in prison in Alabama of all places because even the conservative Republican governor had to admit that a dying neighbor say "A stocky black man did it" is not enough when she personally knew the man they put on death row and should have identified him by name if he was in fact the killer.

Advocating for "your people?" Good decent white people are not interested in lies. Let's go back to crime stats since you THINK that helps your argument. (It doesn't). The influx of 20,000 Haitians in Springfield Ohio did not cause a proportional increase in crime.
