That won't reduce the need for the money to secure the border and deport them at all, the fact is that the money in the bill for those is only a fraction of what is needed and Trump will have to get more in future bills.

And Massie also knows full well that Congress is not about to pass that, but he knows he might be able to keep Trump from having the bare minimum funds to reverse Biden's influx.
