You know that only delays the trial right? And ultimately if she's not found competent to stand trial later she can be indefinitely detained. Bascially it's a life sentence.

Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Judge John Russo ordered Ellis to cooperate with all prescribed medications and ordered her to be returned to Cuyahoga County Jail once she is either competent to stand trial or "unable to be restored to competency."

Uh huh...until the heat blows over, then, maybe ten years from now, she'll be quietly released after being declared to be fully rehabilitated through some loophole.

But yeah, she is nuts, no doubt about it, but she also knows damn well what she did was wrong, that's why she's gloating and smirking about it.

And to me, an insanity defense should only be valid if somebody is so obviously insane that they had no concept of what was happening, what they did or why.

I think that yellow license plate on the car at 0:17, with two letters followed by two numbers followed by three letters, is a UK plate.
