I am concerned that this isn't going to be recognized by the court of public opinion. If it goes unnoticed by the masses, it will be easily dismissed.

It is important to produce our own media and encourage it.
What I think is that you are rather new and asking "interesting" (and I do not mean that in a good way) questions...
Things perhaps not best for the world (or supporters of other candidates/political contractors - AHEM!) to see...
If I was doing opposition research for mittens - that's a question I would ask. Lets keep this under the hood guy. At least put it in a private sub-form that google and twitter doesn't broadcast!!!

I thought most states have been served?
PLEASE SPREAD THIS FAR AND WIDE! We NEED 14 more process servers! Be part of this historic project to take back our country! Anyone over the age of 18 may serve the papers in regard to the suit against the RNC and GOP for election fraud.
Check the states needed and if you can serve, please e-mail [email protected] and include a phone number to contact you back and wait for further instructions.
As of 06/22/2012, we need process servers in: DE, HI, ID, KY, MS, NC, ND, NE, NV, PA, RI, SD, TN, WV, WY
A Federal Class Action Civil/Voting Rights Lawsuit was filed against the RNC/GOP on 06/11/12, to view this case, you can go to www.electionfraudremedy.com
There is one really passionate guy at the center of this. The lawyers have cred. They are getting tons of support from actual delegates. They are taking the fight to where most of us simply can't.
One of the areas that Ron Paul himself has said he is not interested in is fighting legal battles. That is fine. I see this as the liberty movement growing and branching out.
The case will be heard. There is a good chance something comes out of it that we'll like.
Are any of you available to be process servers? It's really easy.
Process servers are being hired..and the list is dwindling, I WISH I could have seen Rience Prebus's face when he got his. "priceless" I imagine. BTW, You all rock!! AND, in the case, we ask for injunctive relief, THIS is the clause that covers the fraud, and illegal activities...can anyone say...HELL YEAH !! We have so much evidence, wow. I knew it was bad, but I didnt have a clue, until it all started coming in...Thank you Guys again, and I will post more as I get it, right now, getting these last few states served is tops on the agenda.
Jerry E. Davis, Legal Researcher, L4RP.
My overall, uninformed impression of the group is negative because:
A) Even though I follow a lot of Paul news, I haven't seen a good, concise summary of why they are suing and who they are suing.
B) From what little I've read they've decided to sue the entire GOP instead of targeting specific state committees and violations of the law.
C) We've been doing work at the local level to find common ground with GOP members and encourage them to get back to limited government policy, and this damages that process.
I would love to have my impression changed. It seems like enough shit has gone down that we could have really good cases in a handful of states, rather than this shotgun approach.
I have to admit, I don't know a lot of the details about the suit. I really need to do a bit more research.
With that said, I'm a little afraid of the blow back, honestly. I agree that anyone who intimidated delegates (and those jerks that actually physically harmed our guys LA) need to be held accountable, absolutely. But I'm a little worried about a blanket lawsuit to get all delegates unbound. I understand the reasoning, but do we actually have the delegates to to win if this succeeds? Would Ron Paul accept the nomination if this happened?
I fear that the only thing that this will accomplish is further the narrative in the media (and within the upper ranks of the leadership of the state parties, where delegate selection rules are made for 2016 and on...) that somehow we are stealing delegates, etc. I have heard state leadership talk about this very thing.
I also worry that this might hamper our efforts to infiltrate our local parties.
EDIT: I reread my post and I hope it doesn't sound too negative. If there was fraud in your state, then I support this (I know there were some tricks played at the Colorado conventions, and there weren't even any bones broken). But if this is a blanket lawsuit I have some reservations.
