Taking the Pulse of RonPaulForums.com - Please assess Lawyers for Ron Paul

I have access to what everyone else has access to. I am not an employee all I am is interested in this case and I'm trying to get others interested and to seize this opportunity if it is what LFRP says.

I just don't appreciate being challenged after all I have done for the campaign and on this board. I'm new but I stood outside a voting precinct all day on primary day and have donated over and over. I've expressed my love for this movement but people feel like its ok to treat me like s--t.

Some people don't seem to understand how easy it is to destroy what others are trying to create. And if it's not done how they want it then they just piss on it.

I don't care what that does to me, but it has been posted here before, this same sentiment, that some people think they can act like jerks and still try to represent the people of this country. Good luck with that.

I mean of all the c sucking s--t that gets posted on this website, and I get s--t for exploring a lawsuit to unbind delegates?

Anyone who doubts me can kiss my ass. I'm doing this for me.

All you conspiracy theorists and smart guys, all you people who have it all figured out can kiss my ass. You don't even understand what it means to be an individual.

You have your beliefs and your philosophies, your understandings of how things work, and yet you are the worst of cynics.

F you.

I am liberty and I don't fucking need you.

Wow. What are you talking about? I don't see anything in this thread that should have provoked this kind of response .

We need to add Idaho and Oregon now... .and whatever that arrest of our guy in GA13 for going 45 seconds over time (?) was about.

Just talk to those who want to talk.

Some seem to think you are looking for some kind of authority instead of just offering to convey information because you are over there. Just ignore it, no offense.

Sailing, I really appreciate the support. I just hate the attitude around here with some people. Everything is us vs. them. I don't care, but it pisses me off to no end because I know I can take it but there are a million other people out there who would get turned off by that who might otherwise listen to someone from the Liberty movement.

I understand the whole us vs. them, this is a revolution, blah blah blah. But that is only part of what is going on and most people in this country don't want to hear about stuff like that. When I was at the Ron Paul Rally at the University of Maryland, Adam Kokesh was storming up and down the isle yelling, "REVOLUTION!" and stuff, which the crowd loved for about 10 seconds. I love that kind of thing, but I was sitting there thinking that a lot of these people are new and they don't need to be yelled at by some guy they don't know. My point is that there needs to be, and I expressed this to Patrick from Campaign For Liberty in Baltimore County, there needs to be another side to this "WE'RE AT WAR WITH THE GOVERNMENT" or whatever stuff. Not because it's wrong, but because some people just don't want to hear it!

Some people would rather not listen to Slayer for an hour. I love Slayer. But if I turned that on in the car while my mother was driving she would drive off the road.

All I'm saying is that ALL OF US need to keep our minds open to ALL possibilities.

As I posted (just before the Benton email, etc.) ANY opportunities we have we must grab. If we don't, we are "walking away from a troy ounce gold coin that we spot on the sidewalk because we doubt it could be real."

Doubt is necessary, skepticism is necessary. But cynicism only closes doors and I have seen WAY to many doors closed here on these forums.

People are people. They're not robots that you just program for liberty and then say "GO!"

I can take crap. But for every one of me, I know there are so many who would be interested in Ron Paul or the Liberty Movement if we didn't act like a bunch of ELITISTS.

There is a beautifully irony in that. People who fight for liberty and don't give a crap about people. The people who don't agree with them, or don't want to listen.

This is a revolution of ideas, but ideas don't exist without people, and people have feelings like fear and needs like people treating them with respect and patience.

Just because someone knows what to do about something doesn't mean they can communicate it to others well. And if they can't reach out to other people, then they will not spread their message.

I'm sorry, but I have seen some real s--t behavior here over the past few weeks. It just blows my mind that people can be so sure of themselves about the future of this country and still treat people like crap.

Ideology IMO is only PART of this revolution. Love and respect and patience and self-sacrifice had better be just as big or it will fail.

I'm done with this. I'm going back to try to FIND OUT WHAT LAWYERS FOR RON PAUL CAN DO FOR THE REVOLUTION. IF ANYONE WANTS TO JOIN ME I'D F-ING APPRECIATE IT.

And for those of you who have expressed any doubts about me, have at it: http://www.blogger.com/profile/10754492860868742992

or just read my posts.

Don't f-ing challenge me unless you've got something real to bring. I put it all out there every day.

The only negative I have seen is the incessant bashing of Dr. Paul's campaign and the claim that you are "taking it over". To me, that isn't constructive, is unnecessary and causes division.

Yeah, I know what you mean, but I think they were really addressing the Benton etc. part, not Dr. Paul. I mean, how many of us here were ripping the campaign over the last month or so?

Thanks!

I say go for it although the name shouldn't have included Ron Paul because anything negative now will be automatically visually connected to him and they should dial back on the hubris with regard to "taking over the campaign." JMHO

Yeah, I see your point, but at the same time I think it could be a good thing for non Paul supporters who might consider him or the liberty movement in the future to see that his own supporters are actually challenging his own campaign! I think that's healthy.

Thanks!

I am concerned that this isn't going to be recognized by the court of public opinion. If it goes unnoticed by the masses, it will be easily dismissed.

Well there was a nice article by Brian Doherty in the NYTimes and it has been mentioned by Maddow and CNN and others. If it succeeds, I think EVERYONE will be talking about it!

Thanks!

What matters is that the delegates be unbound and I think the case is strong.

Once that happens, the delegate vote in Tampa cannot be ignored.

If we can have criminal charges on the GOP/Romney, then the media has to cover it.

But we also have citizens media or alternative media. It is important to produce our own media and encourage it.

Yes, I agree about the media... The media here in Baltimore is pretty worthless IMO.

That's the beautiful thing about truth, you can't kill it! You can only cover it up!

Thanks!

I really wish people would stop posting crap like this. Even if this ridiculously unfounded conspiracy theory were true, what difference does it make?

People like you need to stop sucking Alex Jones' dick all the time - and I don't care how long you've been a member here, acting like this is just plain rude, and doesn't help our cause of legitimizing our political goals at all. Everyone here needs to stop and think about what a layperson would think if they read some of the bullshit that is routinely posted in this public forum. This is the kind of bullshit that doomed Peter Schiff's Senate campaign, and it didn't help our cause for RP2012 this time around either.

Thanks for sticking up for me!

And people, please don't try to blow Alex Jones! He's married! ;-)

Process servers are being hired..:) and the list is dwindling, I WISH I could have seen Rience Prebus's face when he got his. "priceless" I imagine. BTW, You all rock!! AND, in the case, we ask for injunctive relief, THIS is the clause that covers the fraud, and illegal activities...can anyone say...HELL YEAH !! We have so much evidence, wow. I knew it was bad, but I didnt have a clue, until it all started coming in...Thank you Guys again, and I will post more as I get it, right now, getting these last few states served is tops on the agenda.

Jerry E. Davis, Legal Researcher, L4RP.

Hey Jerry!

I'm sorry, I hadn't read this whole post until now and didn't see it was you!

Thank you so much for joining in! I'm getting it under control! I promise!!!

Maybe you can take some questions here in this thread?

Thanks again!

I never really wanted to waste time pursuing someone in a lawsuit...but then again that is what a lot of lawyers live for.

It is about time we stood up for ourselves...or at least allow an attorney a chance to right some wrong that has happened to some very good people.

ChristopherShelley,

Thanks for stepping up and doing the serving the lawsuit thing on Republican Party of Maryland in Annapolis.

P.S. Perhaps it was hurting the party more to not do anything about some of the abuse.

Thanks for the props. Carson!

I agree, if people have been wronged by the Republican Party or anyone, we need to stand up and fight for them!

Thanks!

My humble opinion is the judge will order it to arbitration before the RNC with a return date after the RNC and whatever happens in Tampa happens. I sure hope the database of info gained from this case is very well protected by trusted people until that date.

Thanks, devil21! What do you base that option on? Or is that just a hunch?

Mostly a hunch but some awareness of how the courts operate. Arbitration is pretty much mandatory these days before the court will pick the case up for argument. I honestly don't think the judge will want to touch this case prior to the RNC. Way too politcally charged. My concern with this suit hasn't been on the merits or anything actually case related. My concern has been with putting such an important database of information in the hands of a few lawyers. I wonder how much the RNC would pay for that tidy little list of Paulites? Hopefully it wouldn't happen but that's my biggest concern about this whole thing.
