As usual, the main problem with the Libertarian movement as a political entity is that people can agree with each other 98% of the time, and fight about the other 2%. When it becomes practical to try to build a consensus many within the movement can't see past the 2% difference, and then they wonder why we have such pathetic politicians.
Obviously it would be easier to recognize how similiar RP is compared to every other candidate.
Reason has tried somewhat to support RP but not completely... Generally reason would support at least 90% of RP's platform and probably less than 15% of any other candidate's platform
Cato - you have to use the search to find anything about RP, yet they post home page articles about mccain, romney... and again, Cato's mission is to bring RP platform ideas to the mainstream policy makers in Washington...
Greenspan openly states he is a libertarian and supports Austrian school of economics and agrees the war in Iraq was not about terrorism...
It's like, who else on those debate stages would any of these people support other than Ron Paul...
