Sympathizing With Anarchists/"Voluntaryists"

And you're nothing but a dirty barbarian thug if you choose to stand against us who want to be free.

whoeverlaysahandonme.jpg

and you are ultimately nothing but a smudge on the pavement if you stand alone, or even in a small group.

I am not a slave by subscribing to a social order that guarantees my liberties.

I was speaking in the context of the previous posts:
If someone/some organization is trying to aggress against me and I think I can successfully defend myself than I will certainly do so. In a free society you can make your own little gated community with like minded people and live however you all like. Be completely fascist or communist or whatever, as long as its among consenting adults theres nothing wrong with it. I'm completely fine with that. Just don't force me to be a part of your club.

You have already been signed up without your consent. Assuming that, what do you do now?

Like I said, if I think I can defend myself through violence (against any type of thief/murderer/thug) then I'll certainly try.

Whether one is an anarchist being signed up for any kind of government, or just a minarchist being signed up for a fascist/communist government.

Again, so what? We can all be smashed in to the pavement by government, for endorsing whatever truth it feels threatened by. Doesn't mean we can't endorse that truth just the same. I'm beginning to think you have some emotional issues regarding the subject.

Hey, tell me how is the statist invasion of Afganistan going? You gonna bring the state to the North Western Frontier Province any time soon?

They said that for Alamo.

Those at the alamo were statists. You dont get to steal our heros. It doesnt work in your picture.

In your world, the alamo stood alone, and no one got inspired, because they were a collective of farmers who just decided to have a consensus...

Well shit, they probably ran, since they had nothing larger than themselves to fight for.

Don`t tell me about my world. You don`t got a clue about my world, boy.

I have no more emotion about it than I do about life in general. Anarchism is a deadend. Great vision. But completely at odds with the real world.

Last I checked, they turned Afganistan into a smoking heap of rubble. Yeah, that anarchic resistance sure provides for a great quality of life.

With socialists in charge, you live in a socialist state. With minarchists in charge, you live in a minarchist state.

"Minarchists in charge" is an LSD trip. It has jet to happen. Face it, you suck at getting in charge. You`re a little pathetic that way.

There is no substitute for freedom. The valiant people of Afganistan know this. And in the end, they always win.

Something you never will. :D

Not really. We beat Britain, and held power for almost 100 years. What have you accomplished lately.

The real world's having a pretty impossible time at getting that whole territorial monopoly on the use of force thing to work out. Great vision though, keep on trying.

Funny. Since international politics is a pretty good example of an anarchic system.

Those weren`t minarchists. Wasn`t a night watch state. Must you really stoop so low as to claim for yourself slave owners and puritans that legislated morality?

But I guess you minarchists have never been known for honesty or consistency then. I shouldn`t expect too much of you.

What have you accomplished lately.

Held the Ottoman Empire at bay for 200 years from the barren mountains of Montenegro. At a time when it stretched from the Atlantic to the Indian Ocean.
