Why Become A Committeeman?

• We have a Constitutional Crisis!
• Our economy is collapsing!
• Our Republic is being subverted!
• Letter writing may slow it down but it cannot stop it!
• Phone calls may slow it down but it cannot stop it!
• Town hall meetings may rally us & slow it down but it cannot stop it!
• Marching on Washington may rally us and slow it down but it cannot stop it!
• Through the committeeman process we can Take Back the Republic by taking back control of our government

What do Committeemen Do?

In a nut shell they

• Fill vacancies
• Preside over the NYS Convention
• Preside over the elections.
• We Interview & select our:
US Representatives, State Representatives, County Representatives, Town Representatives, Judges & Sheriffs
• We can count the votes
• We make the party rules
• We influence laws
• We choose the delegates
• We choose the party leaders [The elites conduit for corruption]
• We can stop corruption
• We can require term limits
• We can require only Constitutional Candidates

Elected Committeeman

There is the elected committeeman and there is the town or city committeeman who’s “POSITIONS” were appointed decades ago and these vacancies are filled by “PARTY RULES”:

• One Committeeman per election districts, there are 16,400 ED’s
• Nominated by designating petition
• Elected by the people in your ED at the Primary Election
• Election is set at a two year cycle at the “National level” on even years as is congress and cannot be changed, its purpose is to flush and reset leadership.
• Any committeeman vacancies are to be filled at the next primary election
• On or about January 3rd after the election all committeemen meet in the county seat to choose their leaders, chairman, secretary, treasurer, etc.
• There are 62 county chairman, each chairman is a state committeeman and meets in Albany after the reorganization to choose their leaders, chairman, secretary, treasurer, etc.
• The rules of both houses of the U.S. Congress, as well as all state legislatures forbid proxy voting, there is no difference with the elected committeeman.

How do I become A Committeeman?

• Be a resident of the county
• Be registered in the party you are running in
• Fill out a designating petition
• Collect signatures starting in JUNE equal to 5% of the enrolled voters of your political party in the district
• File your petition in July
• If you are challenged your name will be on the ballot at the Primary Election in September.
• Find out how to have a free Presentation in NY for your liberty group.

Our Strategy

• Educate people on the Committeeman process
• Educate people on the Constitution
• Educate people on Progressivism
• Educate people on the Continental Congress
• Educate people on State Rights
• Educate people on America’s Last Hope “the County Sheriff”
• Educate people on our Constitutional Crisis
• Educate people on our Monetary Crisis
• Educate people on Judicial Procedure
• Unite people across the state/country to become committeemen

In 1796 George Washington, in his farewell address, warned us that “through the course of time cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men would subvert the power of the people and seized for themselves the reins of government through private Associations”.

He went on further to say:

• Parties will destroy the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion [the committeeman process]
• Parties are destructive to the regular deliberation and action of the constituted authorities
• Parties open the door to foreign influence and corruption, thus the policy and the will of one country are subjected to the policy and will of another.
• Parties serves to organize division
• Parties will ruin public liberty
• Parties stifles, control’s and represses
• Parties foment occasional riots & insurrection
• Parties kindle animosity of one part against another
• Parties puts in the place of the delegated will of the nation the will of a party,
• Parties agitates the community with ill founded jealousies & false alarms
• Parties works to undermine the Constitution which could not be directly overthrown
• Parties serves to distract the public councils and enfeeble the public administration.
• Parties drives the spirit of revenge
• Parties leads to despotism
• Parties are truly your worst enemy George Washington

The Only Peaceful solution

• Once the truth is revealed it “cannot” survive the light of day
• The Revolution has reached its tipping point and is teetering
• We are in the midst of the perfect storm and depending upon which way the wind blows will determine our destiny, a “new world order” or the re-founding of our “Republic”
• The grass roots are organizing in all 3141 counties across the 50 states and poised for a direction
• The “ONLY SOLUTION” is to take back the “reins of power”
By becoming a Committeeman and exposing the truth

Those Who Forget History Are Doomed to Repeat It!

• We must learn our Constitution and teach our children.
• We must require our schools to teach the committeeman process.
• We must require our schools to teach how to access our legal system.
• We must require our schools to teach true American history.
• We must nominate “Statesmen” and not politicians for political office.

"Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters". Benjamin Franklin

Phil 4:8 "Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things". GOD

“Those who don't know history are destined to repeat it.” Edmund Burke

Join our endeavor to save the Republic.

Received my 'call' to my County Organization meeting for 12/1. As a PCO i will get to vote on new leadership. I will go and stay to see if we are out-numbered by main stream NEOCONS....again. The ratio in the past has been about 60-40. Them, not us. Im' trying folks. Thats all i can do.

I'm an elected PC.

Not sure why it's taking us so long to wrap our heads around this. Ron Paul told us to do it back in 2007!

Agreed. All the video posting, all the sign waving, all the internet 'stuff' people do, and the real battle is at these meetings, and yet not enough Freedom fighters seem to give a crap.

The thing is, this process to become a delegate and attend a few meetings or conventions a year is not very time consuming, it doesn't even measure up to a hobby in fact. I encourage everyone who isn't a delegate to stay involved with your local RP leaders and attend your county/district conventions in hopes of being seated as a delegate or alternate to your state convention where leadership changes go down. My district just went from us down 2:1 to us having a decent majority, meaning that we would have sent 3 delegates to the RNC instead of none. I hope people start seeing the benefits to this operation especially going forward.

Of course, this stuff differs by state. Some states do things very differently. You will need to learn how your state works. Chances are, at least a few lines of the OP apply in your state but at least a few lines also don't apply in your state. Most of it doesn't apply where I live.

This stuff is key. There is a reason Minnesota went for Paul, because the Ron Paul people actually got involved in the process.

yeah...should be. Not sure what the dis-connect is. Are people afraid of getting 'too involved? are they just waiting for somebody else to do it? of course i'm generalizing because i know in some areas people are getting involved locally, but there are still too many apathetic fence sitters who may be tired of the whole thing, which makes the work of people trying to do something almost futile.

Those days of epic moneybombs, rally's, Ron Paul vids, the massive amount of online activism was like an atomic bomb going off....we need another epic incident of this caliber of people showing up, signing up, running for local leadership. We can do this. Hell, WE need to do this...yesterday....

We still can get this shit together. People need to muster. Find out what you need to do to gain control of your local party. We must completely over whelm them because i can tell you they are ready for us. Always have been. In my case the local party always seems to manage to get the old guard to come out and shut us down. I'm sick of it frankly. Everyone bitches but they don't or won't get off the computer long enough to come out and play.

I've been elected 3 times as a PCO, and this next Re-Org. meeting may be my last if we can't overwhelm these old farts....and i mean old, as in walkers and canes and blue hair.....its time. I don't know how much time you all out there think we have left, but from where i sit it won't be too much longer before we're all going to be wishin' this and wishin' that....

The campaign for 2014 started more than a week ago. It is a campaign that will be extremely local.

Take over the local machinery now. This needs warm bodies. Your warm body.

Well, this thing would work very well if we have a semi-presidential government where parties have a dominant the government whereas the parties in U.S. are pretty weak in influence. What we need is not just a seat at the party, but a way to get parties more powerful (which could help us win, even though we don't like powerful parties) so we can magnify our influence.

At our county convention last night, we ran the table for the Executive Committee elections in our caucus. It was 12 Ron Paul people and 4 rank and file delegates. We of course nominated our people to the 2 EC slots. They four long time people were certainly surprised. The result was duplicated in a few other districts.

A few other districts has similar results. I don't know what the numbers are in other districts but if they were at all similar to what we had, we could have gotten a majority on the EC simply if people showed up and paid dues. I hope the local party is ready for what's about to happen.

We are activating the plan here in Southern California as well.

It really is too bad because they changed the terms to 4 years so we won't be able to get EVEN MORE of our people seated in the 2014 elections.

It would really be great if we could map out where exactly these takeovers are happening in each county across the nation.

I'll be moving out to the political cesspool LA next year, any suggestions on how to get plugged in? I'm a Senate District Chair here in Minnesota, and want to bring what I've learned out there.

County leadership positions in Iowa will be up for election in January. Doing what we can. At this point, it is up to the liberty activists in each county to take control.

There is one process to become a precinct committeeman in all 50 states that you can begin today. You are actually becoming a ‘party official’ so there is some formality to the process. We are still researching the particulars for your own state, but there is one proven method that works every time regardless of your state.

Contact your county chair and your county secretary (details below**) and ask them when and where your monthly party meetings are held. Attend those meetings and ask how you can become a voting member of the county committee. You may discover that the election season to acquire a voting seat is 2 or even 4 years in the future. Plan on attending monthly meetings anyway and make your presence known by volunteering for committees or other jobs. Vacancies can occur, and you want to be first in line for an appointment if one occurs, and you do that by being active and being known. Even as a non-voting but active party member, you can greatly influence local party officials if you are judicious.

While you are waiting for the next election or caucus, ask if any vacancy appointments are available, and seek such an appointment. Ask if existing members of the committee are allowed to have voting alternates (or otherwise hold a voting proxy) and seek such an appointment or proxy.

When the election or caucus season does roll around, plan on being there and being helpful. Many folks are very surprised to find themselves emerging from caucuses (in the states that use the caucus system) as the county chair and/or a state delegate (which means you help choose your state chair and your national committee-people!).
Thoughts From a Precinct Committeeman:

We talk to many activists who profess to be unable to endure the shame of working within the very party that they feel has betrayed them. Remember that the objective is to change the party to be that party we can eventually express approval for. That will take some time, but there are so many activists engaging in this process now that in some states like AZ, NH, UT, NV, GA, the change is taking place surprisingly quickly! Consider if the legacy you wish to leave is freedom for your children and grandchildren, or enslavement for that same posterity with your own principles intact.

There may be more people than you think already on your party central committee who support your ideals, but feel out-voted by their peers and who would speak up more clearly if they have the support of greater numbers from people like you (I assure you, lots of them are out there). It may take awhile to identify these other committee members and ally with them. In the meantime if you speak up publicly in favor of fairness and judiciousness on the committee, those members with whom you can ally will quickly come and identify themselves to you — you will actually make allies on both sides and that can be very valuable.
Contacting Your Party Chair:

** You can begin by clicking on your political party’s state website in the right side bar of this page. Many state web sites provide a list of county chairs (and sometimes other county officers) somewhere on their web site – you may have to look around for it. For states that do not provide a list of county chairs on their web site, you can try googling your political party’s county party headquarters. You may need to contact directory assistance to see if a county party HQ phone is listed. Finally, if the above doesn’t yield results, you can contact a local elected official of your party such as a mayor, commissioner, councilman or state assembly member, or state senator whose staff can help you contact your local party. In all events, be sure to contact both your party chair and your party secretary – the party secretary often has more time to deal with beginning requests than the chair does. Be persistent. Email and leave voice mail twice a week if you have to, in order to get a response. Determination is an asset in a party activist!
