Some of that stuff is accurate, some is inaccurate. With many different systems, it is just too hard to simplify stuff like this. For example, NH doesn't even have precinct committeeman. Heck, while it could be said that NH has precincts, they range from a few hundred people to 30,000 people.

I like the way C4L breaks it down to folks on various states on a state by state basis.
