I sold all my stock and bought gold, which by the way Ron Paul recently said is the only investment option...

Gold would be good if it wasn't so manipulated. Oil has actually been following the dollars action, gold has not been doing so in the short term. I am mostly in metals, but do own some dividend paying oil companies.
