I don't think they're allowed to announce a date until they've received the required permits.

This campaign staff has never followed through any initiative and leaves us in the lurch.

Campaign: "Let's have a march."
Grassroots: "yeah"
Campaign: "We'll handle the logistics."
Grassroots: "No truthers or I'm not coming."
