The problem I have is that the people that are saying this are massive, flaming hypocrites. They don't care about the rights of spotify's owners. What about the right of spotify's owners to freely negotiate a contract between its employees, like $5 an hour salary? Or the right of spotify's owners to hire and fire based on gender or race? Or the right of spotify's owners to be treated treated equally under the law, as in tax rates for example? What if spotify's owners removed content from minorities? How would that go over?

Yeah, it's not technically "censorship"... We've gotten too loose with this notion that it's only bad when the state silences people. To quote George R.R. Martin, “When you tear out a man's tongue, you are not proving him a liar, you're only telling the world that you fear what he might say.” Yes, private entities may refuse to allow certain individuals to speak on their platforms. That doesn't mean that they SHOULD. It's cowardice. And it's as much a threat to society as it would be if the state silenced individuals.

Again, they're free to do it. But it is devastating to society when they do.

Yea, I just reached a point where I started diving in and saw there were, what I'd label an inordinate amount of Jewish folks in high positions in various institutions.
It's impressive when you consider they are one of the smaller worldwide religions and are an absolute minority in the U.S.

Good for them in that, but they all typically have the same politics and say the same things. When anyone tries to criticize or push back, the "anti-semite" label is tossed right on the table and the conversation is over.
