Man y'all have some pretty tame unpopular opinions.
How about this:
Sex objectively cannot be pedophilia if the participants are all postpubescent.
It can be creepy as fuck, it can be exploitative, it can be degrading, but it can't be pedophilia and naming it so only reduces the seriousness of actual pedophilia.

Math isn't actually a difficult subject.
It's just usually poorly taught and most kids' first experience with the subject results in public humiliation in front of their peers and, traumatized by this early experience, they develop an irrational aversion to the subject which will continue to plague them throughout the rest of their education. As a result, they regularly perform worse in this subject than others and they develop the opinion that "math is hard" and generally avoid thinking about the subject. Properly taught, math is a joy to learn, and math will set you free...

Well then here's another unpopular opinion.
12 year olds would be a lot less childish and a lot more capable of reproducing successfully if we didn't waste 80% of their life to that point teaching them to stand in lines, obey authority without question, watch and listen to garbage, and expect to coast through life with no understanding of theology, philosophy, or even basic life skills like cooking.
It wasn't that long ago that 12 year olds had careers. Not jobs, but a path to a lifelong career that would make 35 year old millennials envious.
