SPLC releases new list of patriot extremist groups by state

Meh fuck 'em , I am on said list , what makes them think there are not lists of them ??

Why this matters:

In June, 2010, the U.S. Supreme Court issued its 6-3 ruling in the case of Holder v. Humanitarian Law. In that case, the Court upheld the Obama DOJ’s very broad interpretation of the statute that criminalizes the providing of “material support” to groups formally designated by the State Department as Terrorist organizations. The five-judge conservative bloc (along with Justice Stevens) held that pure political speech could be permissibly criminalized as “material support for Terrorism” consistent with the First Amendment if the “advocacy [is] performed in coordination with, or at the direction of, a foreign terrorist organization” (emphasis added). In other words, pure political advocacy in support of a designated Terrorist group could be prosecuted as a felony — punishable with 15 years in prison — if the advocacy is coordinated with that group.

Apparently, only politicians can take money from and speak in behalf of terrorist groups.

How is "Constitutionalists" equated as anti Government? It is very Pro-Government. Or more accurately Pro-Lawful Government.

As are many of the groups mentioned.

The biggest problem is that these stupid Anti-American traitors are intricately hooked up with governmental and law enforcement establishment. They are the research arm of the Fusion Centers and regularly train police..
Which explains a lot.

Bingo. Anybody associated with even the idea of smaller government is considered a threat by those that thrive on control of others.

just for a show of hands, how many of you, prior to seeing this list, even heard of GOOOH, 3 percenter, PatriotSpace, Rule of Law radio?

I haven't, and I thank them very much for telling me about it now. Where else could I have learned of these names if I wanted to?

I would think quite a few here have heard of these. I know I have.

Let me guess, this notorious pro Iran war extremist from Georgia is not on the list?
