Yep. Only instead of being broke they've got over $3,000 on the EBT cards because they're working too and stacking up the money as it rolls over. And to quote Trump when Hillary said "Trump doesn't pay his taxes" and he responded "I'm smart" and "Change the law" I agree that EBT shouldn't roll over. I'd also agree that welfare should be limited to actual U.S. citizens. The law definitely should be changed.

Do you have any data to support these implied claims, that
a) Haitian welfare recipients aren't broke, and
b) Haitian welfare recipients are better on average with their money than the white counterpart welfare recipients?
