I do think it's interesting that Romney is getting 3rd in the counties in the far upstate, near Charlotte. Did Santorum have enough of a ground game to make the difference? Was it the weather depressing the Romney vote? Was it Charlotte talk radio bagging on Romney? There is a story to that.
