I disagree. Rubio's record is already thoroughly exposed. There is a large segment of the GOP electorate that loves immigration and war. It's better to keep that vote divided. Jeb has 0 chance of winning no matter how much money he can bring in, which he can't bring money in anymore. He's running on fumes at this point.
