According to Beck, the Egyptian revolution is not about the citizens of the country fighting for their political rights or better economic conditions. Instead, the Egyptian people are being "played" by the Muslim Brotherhood. The Muslim Brotherhood is also part of larger movement by progressives and Marxist to take over much of the world in the pursuit of "social justice." Under Beck theory the Egyptian revolution will not only spread to other countries the Middle East, but also to India and Europe. The caliphate will consist of India and much of Southeast Asia, in addition to Portugal, Spain, France, and the United Kingdom.

In most cases it comes down to the percentage of the population that have a "shared" idea, and if it reaches critical mass (through a majority or powerful minority), the other "believers" will not protest when the power seekers and authoritarians in that group seek to enforce their views on everyone. Thus, this can be a big problem for Eqypt. Not a big problem for the US, unless through immigration and conversion some geographic area reaches critical mass.
On the other side of the coin, places that already have majority consensus fear differing ideas and diversity, as it threatens their dominance, or just the status quo.

Ahh , Ramallah . Meaning " Height of God " . It provides a lesson for all . It was settled mid 16th century by Jordanian , Christian Arabs . Was on the Ottoman Empire tax rolls in the late 1500's and paid its taxes in honey , olives , wheat , barley and goats . Now the admin Capital of the Palestinian National Authority . It has changed , probably about 75 % Muslim & 25 % Christian , still a successful community .
