Soldier doubts eligibility, defies president's orders

Still, it raises a couple of interesting points:

To whom do laws apply? I'll bet my first born that that soldier had to show his BC to join the military, and so do most of us when we take a new job. Since the prez is our employee, why shouldn't we see his BC?

If a soldier takes his oath seriously, then why shouldn't he question the legality of orders?

Because that's un-American.
