So what states do we have 50 or more % of delegates in so far?

I count Iowa, Maine, Minnesota and Louisiana (not counting Massachusetts and Nevada because were are bound to vote for Romney anyway).

I know that we are still hoping to gain Washington State majorities as well? Please tell me more. ^_^

Also, do we have majorities in Iowa? I am thinking yes but am confused here.

Dissent is right.

Also Montana and Nebraska are caucus states, which is a huge advantage.

So does Iowa count as the 4th state that we need to be on the ballot at the convention?

The undercover Paul delegates bound to Romney can abstain in the first round. The goal is to win states at the conventions and also make sure that we get enough undercover Paul delegates in other camps (more important now, Romney) to prevent Romney from getting anywhere close to the magic number.

AWESOME! I didn't know they could abstain!

After today Ron will have officially won delegation plurality in two states: MN and ME.

where in the rules does it say the plurality requirement considers "bound" and "unbound". isnt it just delegates?

So we don't have majority delegates in MA? I thought we did, except that they are bound to Mitt?

We won the majority of the congressional district delegates who are all bound.

The state committee (insiders) still has to appoint a bunch of At large (insider) delegates*

The rules just says plurality, but it's not clear what they mean exactly. The way I read it is that a bound delegate, no matter who the person might support in their own mind, must still vote for Romney so is a Romney delegate.
