So what states do we have 50 or more % of delegates in so far?

So it appears are best chance to reach 5 States with a plurality of delegates for Ron Paul are: Maine (done-check) Minnesota (done-check)
Louisiana (Caucus) Montana (Caucus) Nebraska (Caucus and South Dakota (Proportional Primary) Need 3 out of 4

Any other States that are left to vote that can realistically give Ron a plurality of delegates?? I cannot think of any!!

that is just some people speculating. Others argue otherwise. You need to wait and see to get the real scoop.
Agreed ... All this speculation sucks momentum from the cause.
Wait for the campaign ... They seem to know what they're doing.

we have no idea until it happens. So far things are going our way.

Dissent is right.

Also Montana and Nebraska are caucus states, which is a huge advantage.

Nebraska is not a caucus. It's a nonproportional primary. The Democratic side in Nebraska is a caucus.

I think we could actually win the Montana popular vote if the campaign tries to.

The undercover Paul delegates bound to Romney can abstain in the first round. The goal is to win states at the conventions and also make sure that we get enough undercover Paul delegates in other camps (more important now, Romney) to prevent Romney from getting anywhere close to the magic number.

Just make damn sure that by abstaining you won't be automatically removed and replaced with an alternate.

Rules vary State by State, so don't take my word or any internet strangers word, find out the Rules in YOUR State.

we need tons of stealth delegates in romney's states to have a chance.
I expect to get at least 10/33 from Nebraska. We have a great grassroots group going with 120+ RP confirmed delegates heading into the county conventions. I personally checked who signed up to be a delegate in my county, majority is RP people so expect a sweep from my county to go to state 3/3!

Everything is still very much in flux and official results will only be know at the conclusion of State Conventions, or even after if there are legal challenges and such.

You'll know it's over when you see this.

Louisiana is not yet won. We won the district caucuses. We still have to fight and win at the state convention.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like the delegates are only bound to vote for a certain candidate on the roll-call vote for the nominee. Just nominating a candidate to be voted upon, however, is a different matter entirely. I think even our bound delegates can count towards the 5 state minimum to nominate a candidate because that's an entirely separate vote.

Interesting comment. Would be very nice to know the answer to this.
