I don't think most guys would mind if their wife or gf looked like this woman for a short time maybe around when they are pregnant or something, the problem is that if that is their "baseline" look, when they are at their best, it is really easy for it to get outta hand.

Actually she does look better without the clothes. Heavy Photoshop to make her appear flawless in all other respects helps a lot. In real life that fat don't look like that, it's got rolls and cellulite.
