Maybe it should read "Graham should be held without council in Guantanamo bay and given a re-evalutation periodically but not to be released or given such council until hostilities are over"
 
For those of you who missed it, it was an orgy of destruction of the Bill of Rights that day in the Senate. Fronted by new Sith Apprentice Kelly Ayote, and led by Sith Lords Graham, Lieberman and McCain.
 
It is always the most flagrant of pussy-assed pantywaists who talk like this. Graham is certainly no exception. I look forward to the day he is told he gets no lawyer under the NDAA..which could happen if the Constitutional Cowboys flipped this on its head for a moment.

I think the people of SC should get him out of office with class, i.e. by exposing his political failures. If they succeed in doing this, there is no need to get personal.

Look, the problem i see is that there are thousands, maybe millions of Americans who don't like being told what they can do, and ordinarily most Americans wouldn't support Al Queda with money or any kind of support, but being a person of free will and being told not to do something is going to get the opposite effect...guranteed.

Why is that so strange? It's the most common way that authoritarians think. People in general tend to be that way. They only believe in liberty and freedom for themselves and their personal issues. Thus you have people adamantly against marijuana yet heavily in favor of alcohol. Or for marijuana and against firearms and cigarettes. That want to force everyone at the point of a gun to be exactly like them. McCain had a bad experience with torture, so now he is against it.

I know this is serious issue, but watching Lindsey Graham trying to talk tough had me cracking up. He acts and looks like a 4 year old trying to be macho to impress his older brother. I can't figure out how this effeminate poser keeps getting elected.
 
I am in Greenville south Carolina.... I am sending that post asking for the detention of graham to the newspaper.... Can you guys help rewrite it so it sounds better? I know he is immune for what is said on the senate floor but I think a case could be made that the protection no long exists cause he has voted away protections granted to citizens therefore should be still held till it has been decided that the NDAA applies to his circumstance... I will send the letter tomorrow if we get it written on here tonight
