Anyone that voted yes doesn't understand Ron Paul's message. Now if a state wanted to outlaw it...that's a different story.
 
Is this serious? Political polls should be outlawed? That's government overstepping its bounds, violating the Constitution, and RP would shun any idea close to this.

The second meaning to "live free, or die" is the answer to this constitutional conundrum.
