Do you believe that George Bush intentionally misled the country into a war resulting in the deaths of American soldiers, and is thus, guilty of murder?

No. Let's be pragmatic here. He made horrible decisions. Should Lyndon Johnson have been prosecuted for the deaths in Vietnam? Should Truman have been prosecuted for the deaths in Korea?

Yes and yes. They disobeyed the constitution, the law of the land. I would be tried for murder if I did the same thing.

It has been shown that the "decisions" he made had been his intention all along, even before he was elected... or at least the intentions of the group he hangs out with.

Without question. YES Prosecute. As Bruce Fein said, It can be done overnight without months and months of discovery. All the info needed is in the public media.
