According to AdamT there are 700,000 regular republicans in Iowa. Now, I concur that the Super Voter Bomb project takes precedence over these regulars republicans, but if we connect with these regular republicans and send them brochures that could mean the difference of winning or losing like we did at the Ames Straw poll by 150 votes.
The majority of these 700,000 republican won't take part in the caucus, but we don't need many to have a huge impact for Dr. Paul. Just crunch the numbers, a measly 1% of those 700,000 choosing to caucus for Ron Paul would mean another 7,000 votes! If we convert 2% and we're at 14,000 extra votes, on top of what our good polling numbers already show. Hell even if we only get half a percent to caucus, 0.5 x 700,000 = 3,500 votes. If the caucus draws 100,000 voters, 3,500 is still an extra 3.5%
