I am guessing that the list was made by the anti-war crowd left in the US. So mimmicking that train of thought having a list saying:

Afghanistan check
Iraq check
Libya check
Syria
Iran
The Red states (homegrown terrorists or even non-complying americans would work today)
World...

Would be a nice step up to the reality four years later and really pressing the point that Bush/Obama, Left/right ==> Status quo. And also put a huge ass questionmark after the question of where the anti-war leftist went and hidd after Obama got elected?
