Ok, here is the deal. Supposedly last night sean hannity and some of his coworkers were chased down by some 200 paul supporters, and rightly so at that. However, some people were throwing snow balls which imo is crossing the line. Today, I was listening to sean hannity and he talked about the incident and called ron paul supporters crazy kooks and he even said he might show this video on his show later tonight. What's worse is he made it seem like he has been fair to the ron paul supporters and given ron his fair share of time. Although this is blatently false, this could result in very bad negative publicity for the movement.

I just seriously hope he does not air this on National TV and then give his opinion on it. THAT WOULD BE REALLY BAD.

He will...it is on the front page of his website...there is no way he doesn't show it...

Wtf

Hannity, who I think is an ass, has been giving Ron Paul more airtime than any of the other Fox goons of late, and then this has to happen on the eve of the primary. On top of that, he's been civil, agreeing to disagree with Ron Paul on a few issues, but at least he's been civil.

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot

What good did anyone involved in this think would come of pelting them with snowballs? Jesus Christ

I disagree. While there will be some people turned off to it. There will definitely be new people who will wonder "What is all this fuss about Ron Paul?"

I would expect some independents and obama supporters to look at it and vote our way...

Everything happens for a reason folks, and if you're like me then you know we have a righteous anger on our side and dare I even suggest God.

p4yph3r: I disagree with you that Hannity has been fair with Ron Paul. Yes he has given ron paul air time but look at what else he as done. Just go to his website and you will see that ron paul was conveniently left out of hannities poll. Also, whenever hannity talks with ron paul, he goes straight to the foreign policy and starts vicious attacks. I have also never seen hannity focus on the good of ron paul. Everything seems to revolve on foreign policy and islamic terrorist with him.

They didn't hurt him! Geeze come on now, people are allowed to be angry and protest against injustice. Hannity has consistently marginalized Ron Paul and tried to diminish his message! People are getting fed up!

If this gets Ron on his show, Ron will sort it out like he always does and if he's as smart as I know he is, he'll take advantage of the opportunity to get his message out some more.

He'll probably disassociate from it- after all - no clear thinking viewer is going to directly blame a candidate for the actions of a few fruity supporters.

I understand what you're saying, but I wasn't referring to him being fair. I've resigned to the fact that Fox News will not be fair to a candidate that makes them look stupid. I only meant to point out the fact that Hannity has given Paul more airtime than anyone else @Faux, albeit a very small amount of time. I agree with you; he's censoring Ron just like everyone else there at Fox.

That is disheartening. Fox has cooked things to shaft Ron Paul from the start; we don't need RP "supporters" causing unnecessary difficulties for him. Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly and his ilk have been absolutely boorish to RP this entire campaign - so I have come to expect that any media coverage by Fox will be uniformly negative. It's unfortunate, but true, IMO. This will just give them additional ammunition to tar RP's entire base of support.

Right on

Protesting and talking to them and to other news outlets about them is one thing, but throwing snowballs at them? We can do better than that.

Meh, screw Hannity. I still would not of wasted my time chasing him.

if this kind of crap MUST be done, do it with O'Reilly. He is enough of a hothead to make himself look like an ass. Sean was obviously scared.

Somehow I think pelting Hannity with snowballs will get us more supporters than not.

It was a dumb thing to do, but I don't think we'll suffer a net loss from this.

How do you guys know these were real Ron Paul supporters. This sounds like one of those Karl Rovian dirty tricks. What a great way to try and destroy Ron Paul by having people pretend to be RP supporters and do stupid things that turn people off.

This is just the beginning. We have to have a game plan to combat this sort of thing. And is that even possible when we don't have the airtime to deny these dirty tricks.
