If they actually decide to consider the question, that will be newsworthy.

Considering whether to consider the question isn't.

The lower court cases and the question of her standing are old news. And if SCOTUS decides they're not going to consider the question (which I think is likely), then nothing really happened here. It would be like if I sent an email to the White House saying I want to end the Fed and then tried to pawn that off to a journalist as some significant development.

Pretty obvious suprem court wasnt going to take up a mess they made. Suprem court never should have ruled on it in first place , then wouldnt need to ignore correcting the mistake they made. No reason in particular it should have ever advanced in first place. US courts are clown town which encourages people not to obey . That and a failed finance system were first steps to becoming the banana republic it is ( w/ no banana)
