I think you'll find a few thousand landsharks who would tell you differently, especially if she didn't sign a release of any kind (and I can pretty much guarantee that she didn't). The threshold a private citizen must meet to prove harm is so incredibly low compared to a public figure.
But be that as it may, she could still go running to the media and give a sob story about those mean Ron Paul activists putting her picture on the Internet like so many paparazzi and causing all sorts of Internet crazies to descend on her house, scaring the dog, chasing away the Geritol delivery man, et al. Even if her story is a complete crock, the PR damage would be done and done early in the election cycle. And she would be able to point to the pictures posted here to "prove" it.
