The woman, who is non-verbal and wheelchair bound with cerebral palsy, had her breasts removed by doctors, who believed she was a suitable candidate for transition surgery.

Yes it is evil but there are many unanswered questions. Looks older than 18, so did she consent or if unable to consent, did the legal guardian consent? Were the doctors treating gender dysphoria and think this would improve her condition?
