Wolf Blitzer will be on with a special edition of the Situation Room at 6pm EST/3pm PST. Starting at 7pm EST/4pm PST, official caucus coverage and results will be covered and talked about. Coverage will be live from the Maine caucuses and at the announcement. Also coverage from CPAC as well.

MSNBC:
Chris Hayes will be anchoring. He starts at 6pm EST/3pm PST and go until 8pm EST/5pm PST.

Fox News:
Did not respond to their coverage plans.

On CNN it's being covered by Frum, Gergen, and Borger. It's not exactly coverage so much as damage control. Prepare for lots of anti-Paul BS and downplaying the results.
