Sarah Palin to endorse Donald Trump today?

So Palin's managed to garner a few more months of headlines for herself that don't relate to her daughter or family.

I read somewhere that Trump was polling well among a certain percentage of Democrats.

Palin might help win the nomination,

but she will kill the crossover support.

Her on Trump's ticket will insure their invitation to Hillary's inauguration party.

I think you are right.

Nearly 20 percent of likely Democratic voters say they'd cross sides and vote for Trump, while a small number, or 14 percent, of Republicans claim they'd vote for Clinton. When those groups were further broken down, a far higher percentage of the crossover Democrats contend they are "100 percent sure" of switching than the Republicans.

My mind is blown with this. Liberty university having Trump speak, Falwell's warm acceptance of Trump and now this. This is giving me spiritual pain. I'm losing my trust and hope in humanity.

Since she's a private citizen, would it be illegal for him to give her money in exchange for her endorsement?

Palin just gave Rand Paul props at Trump's rally in her endorsement speech. Is Trump considering Rand for VP?

Trump's plan to have wall-to-wall media coverage until Iowa is proceeding apace... I'm imagining voters in Iowa forgetting the name of the guy they had come to caucus for and voting for Trump instead.

Now this would be something, Paulites, what do you say to this? If Trump picks Rand to be his running mate, will you vote albeit reluctantly or will you say screw our chances and stay home?

I started to zone out and then suddenly hear Sarah in the middle of her endorsing Trump at his rally just started praising Rand. Something to the effect why we need Libertarian's like him in the House and Senate....

Can't see anyway that would happen.

It's interesting, however, but you'd have to wonder how much influence Rand would have on him. Trump has such a big ego I'm not sure anyone as VP would have much.

I laughed when I heard her praising Rand. Trump didn't look too happy about it.

He looked much like he always looked to me. I can't imagine it was a surprise to him. If she was going to specifically and positively mention another candidate in her endorsement speech, I think it's almost a certainty he already knew about it, and perhaps even pre-approved it. Which is why I have to wonder if he's considering Rand for his VP, because I can't imagine why that would happen for any other reason.

The whole event today and everything he is doing in Iowa this week is meant to troll Cruz, throwing a couple Rand shoutouts in there will help to achieve the desired effect.

Maybe that has been the plan all along and why Rand has focused his campaign appealing to the left. Rand could help Trump fill that area in support.

Exactly. That was a calculated anti-Cruz move.

Holy mother of God, I'm getting a bigger aneurysm listening to Palin than even Carly Fiorina. I doubt Trump read this drivel and cleared the part about Rand "helping our leader" deal with the "squirmishes" in the Middle East.

The hatred displayed for opposing Republicans candidates is not typical within members or supporters of the party. Could be like most Republicans she actually likes Rand, Cruz and Trump but picked one to endorse.
