Mitt Romney Santorum sends out email to endorse Mitt Romney

He is a team player. He was party whip in George Bush's senate, voted for No Child Left Behind... all those boondoggles. What did anyone expect?

I think he didn't want to see the youtubes we would make of him side by side with his earlier comments about Romney being the worst Republican you could put up against Obama.
 
Santorum endorses the man who he previously endorsed before he ran against him and called him the worst Republican to match up against Obama. Yeah, makes sense! :rolleyes:
 
This isn't a good thing. If Santorum releases his delegates, even if Ron Paul got 80% of them (a tall order) Romney would get around another 40 delegates towards his target.
As Doug Wead intimated, we wanted Santorum and Gingrich to drop out after the first ballot in Tampa not before.
So we better start persuading Santorum and Gingrich delegates and voters not to switch to Romney.

Something like this :-
Arguments

1. If Fox News was not so biased, your guy would probably still be in the race. Are you going to vote for Fox's candidate?

2. Romney cannot beat Obama in November.
If you vote for Romney you are voting for Obama.

We then need to try and persuade them to vote for Ron Paul

Arguments

1. Ron Paul is the only candidate that can beat Obama.
He will pull in the Independents and some of the disillusioned Democrats.
So if you don't want Obama vote Ron Paul.

2. Ron Paul wants to reduce the number of petty rules and regulations not see them increase by 40,000 a year like this year.

I have several others but don't want to be accused of pimping my blog.

If you want Ron Paul to gain the nomination it has to be politics first and foremost and second and third as well.
 
Santorum is licking his wounds getting ready for the next round when he is made the HSD chief. We are all in big trouble if that ever happens.

The Establishment must have freaked out when they hear Ron Paul swopped Nevada and Maine's conventions... funny how everything happens for a reason

well at least we know the Mitt Romney's check cleared.
 
Probably for the same reason he quit early.

Santorum endorsed Romney in 2008 as well. Not sure why anyone would be surprised by this. Establishment endorsing establishment. Yawn.
