Please, guys, RT is run by the Kremlin. It is their version of state propaganda. Why in the hell do we listen to them?

RT isn't broadcast enough places to even make a dent anyway.

The #1 comment on there is especially fantastic
Israel is good, TSA is good, war is needed, govt saves you from terrorism, we need more cameras, its unpatriotic to ask questions, fluoride is good to drink,GMO food is fine, 911 was Muslims, wtc7 does not exist, vaccines are safe, anybody who questions 911 is a kook, the air was safe at ground zero, the seafood in the gulf is safe after BP, the (un)patriot act is needed, gotta get those WMDs,Obama is doing a great job, after all he got Osama (no proof given) and showed his long form etc etc lol
And? What about BBC? Who runs News Corp. (Fox News, etc.)? If that means something, then maybe these do too. Please, guys, RT is run by the Kremlin. It is their version of state propaganda. Why in the hell do we listen to them?
I listen to them precisely *because* it is "their version" of things. Why in the world should we limit ourselves to only US-government approved propaganda?
Triangulate "their" version with "our" MSM version (FOX, MSNBC, etc.), throw in some Al Jazeera, and *maybe* you can end up somewhere in the general vicinity of the truth.
Furthermore, just because it's propaganda doesn't mean (some or a lot of) it isn't true. In fact, truth is often the best propaganda. (RT America even put out a promotional ad making this very point - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gIpcz97j3E4)
For another thing, it's *very* refereshing to see some actual skepticism in the professional media when it comes to US foreign & domestic policy - regardless of what the underlying motives for that skepticism are or may be.
So, three cheers for RT America! (And for Al Jazeera!)
(And weren't the Chinese supposed to be launching an English-language news service? Does anyone know anything about that? I'd like to add that to my list of "triangulation points.")
It just struck me that I may not have ever read a post of yours that I disagree with. (This is no exception.)
Another good one from RT about our MSM.
