Rupert Murdoch requesting Twitter debate about Ron Paul

Hmm, sounds like this guy believes in salvation and redemption...he maybe a bad person but maybe he wants a second chance. Forgiveness is key. Twitter is VERY good because of the fact that so many subscribers can be notified at once maybe he knows something that we do not.
 
Rupert Murdoch is a very savvy man and if he senses a change in the mood of your country regarding Ron Paul then as a populist it could spell good news for the campaign.

ETA: Nevermind, I figured it out and changed it. I've had an account for a while but rarely used it as it seemed beyond my grasp to understand how it works.

Maybe he's trying to guage interest in having Fox actually cover Ron Paul. That being said having Murdoch in your court wouldn't exactly be an asset since he's probably up there in the most hated people in the world category...especially after the phone tapping scandal.

I don't get it. What is asking to debate about? Whether Ron Paul is a model of consistency or not? :confused:

And in any case, if he genuinely wanted to foster useful debate about Ron Paul, he could try having his media empire do just a teeensy bit more than almost completely ignoring RP.

That's only in its current form the truth is that they have the power to send it to EVERYONE if they want to and it might even have a bigger effect then any other social networks.

I'm guessing that "debate" is probably better stated as "converse", given the context of the tweet.

That's not entirely true, because if it were in fact Twitter it can be broadcasted without even knowing who is pulling the strings. What matters is the intent is he doing it for forgiveness and salvation or doing it to save his own ass? We don't know and we won't find out. I definitely think his motives should be questioned though...

This could be a good thing or a bad thing...
