RP on Lobbyists

A friend of mine likes all of Paul's stances, But he's still undecided. What he wants is a vow against lobbyists. I've showed him the numbers that show he's against them, and I've shown him the statements of how Paul is opposed to them, but he's looking for an actual promise to outlaw lobbying. I haven't seen anything like this that he has done, but does anybody have a link to a statement or a video where he specifically makes this promise? The guy will probably vote Paul anyways, but he want to see this before he will wholeheartedly commit.

I have once heard paul say that he believes that lobbyist have the right to petition the government like anyone else, but it's up to the congresspeople to follow the rule of law and not make laws that are for a special interest.
