I don't know if the interview was worthless. To anybody with a brain, Paul looked like the one person who wasn't going to snuggle up and try to smooch their way into Washington. He called them out for being losers who trick people with a fireplace and a smile, then turn around and flush their money down the toilet when they get into office. Paul himself had a Christmas ad out before these jokers did, and you'll notice Fox didn't run it. For once their insistent pandering came in handy. Paul looked like the only guy who would shake his head and tell it like it is.
Then Cavuto dropped the donor bomb. I'm so tired of hearing this, and to be honest Cavuto seemed to be somewhat mollified after hearing Paul's response. Paul is absolutely right. It's not like the white supremacist is giving him money earmarked to burn down churches or something. If he wants to give up his money for Dr. Paul, that is $500 far better spent. Not to mention the secondary fact that it is nigh-impossible, and besides inconsiderate, to root around in every single donor's background. Cavuto's reading on-air of the guys name and address was really low. Plus, our man drove the point home with a barb in the direction of the lobbyists and special interests.
Mindless maniacs who want to hug their TV just to feel close to that toad Huckabee aren't going to roll over for Ron Paul anyway. RP attracts people by speaking his mind, because no matter what he has to say, there is an instant recognition that he means it. That is so shocking that many people react favourably almost on the spot. I think this is good for us.
In other words, RWNED!
