Ross Perot was right about the debt.

The guy is totally wrong about Clinton leaving office with a surplus that -- if it had continued -- would have wiped out the national debt by now. There was no surplus; it was a fiction created by ignoring Social Security and Medicare "overpayments" and treating them like ordinary revenue. It is the equivalent of a person who owes $25,000 in credit card debt getting those cash advance checks from another credit card company, depositing $5,000 of them in a checking account, and then claiming that he is only $20,000 in debt. It is trading debt and making books look good in way that would make Ken Lay proud.

The guy is obviously a partisan democrat but he is right about the national debt. It is so ridiculous that are government acts like a drunk college grad at a strip club with daddy's credit card.

During clinton there was still a deficit, how else do you explain the debt growing every year still?
