No he is not. Absolutely not.
A cruise of alternative media sites yesterday proves your statement to be at minimum...skewed.

No he is not. Absolutely not.
I think it's a snub. FOX goes out of its way to try to ruin Paul when he is actively running for the Republican nom.
I think Paul realizes that his being on Fox does more for their ratings then it does help his.
RP at the end of the day is a well studied and well meaning intellectual, Physician and Statesman. FOX is entertainment garbage and they treat him like dirt.
If he has had enough of it from them, I fully understand.
Just as an update: There is nothing on the campaign site that suggests that Paul is "addressing a big caucus site before voting". He has two events today, but there are no events scheduled for tomorrow on the official calendar.
I also want to address a point that was made several pages back that Huckabee planned this event to interfere with the WA Caucuses. I think this is a huge stretch. Huck's show is broadcast on Saturdays, and since this is the Saturday before Super Tuesday I don't think there was some plot to interfere with the WA Caucuses. Tomorrow is simply the best date for him to schedule this forum prior to Super Tuesday.
+ rep my thoughts exactly.
Ron Paul owes Fox and Huckabee NOTHING.
Sure he may lose, but at least he'll lose with his dignity intact.
Fox is trash.
That was me, and I take your point.
HOWEVER, that segues to another in a string of combative questions posed-to-be-posed to pressure Huckabee/Fox to let Ron Paul participate by satellite: DOES MIKE HUCKABEE THINK HE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN RANK & FILE WASHINGTONIANS? Does he care more about his own RATINGS than about beleaguered Citizens in states rendered INCONSEQUENTIAL by the notorious Broken System?
The decision is MADE, for Ron Paul to be in Washington State rather than on Huckabee's Forum. HOWEVER, if Huckabee/Fox would REVERSE THEMSELVES (every once in awhile, it HAPPENS), it would be WIN-WIN-WIN...Ron Paul's personal exposure in the PICK ME! PICK ME! spectacle being, frankly, the LEAST of the victory. It would ABSOLUTELY provide better/richer/deeper debate for CONFUSED-AND-GETTING-PISSED Voters. It would constitute CAUSE prevailing over CORPORATION.
Just 'cuz Ron Paul is too NICE for his or OUR own good doesn't mean CONTINGENTS of Supporters cannot materialize as forces with which to be reckoned. People CAN be and frequently ARE persuaded to "like" people/things/places they really would never have thought to select, and maybe would REJECT given the freedom to do so. Madison Avenue does it with INUNDATION and SLICK INSINCERITY. Financiers and Service Providers do it with TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE. Bullies do it with INTIMIDATION &/or FORCE.
Parents, Police, Pastors and Principals ALSO do it with INTIMIDATION &/or FORCE.
Perhaps the Evangelical wing of Ron Paul Supporters is reluctant to go for Mike Huckabee's jugular? I dunno. But I DO know that, within the (I believe wrong) decision to PLAY THE GAME, The Moovement ain't playin' hardball.
Bullies are not reasoned, pleaded, loved, NICED, hoped, nagged, needled, wheedled, whined or WAITED outta being Bullies.
If FOX forums were the ONLY source for people to get to know Paul through, he would be polling at maybe 1%. Looks at the " How did you discover Paul?" post. FOX anything seems to have played an insignificant roll at attracting support and votes for Paul.
Everything that everyone has been doing to reach people personally, through other forms of media and getting involved intheir local political parties , is what has been growing his support and voter base over the years.
I really do want to understand, why it is some of you here, think that after the near hundreds appearances of RP on FOX over the years, that this one appearance is going to magically bring him the win?
What is so different about this one, vs any other FOX appearance that is going to dramatically and all of a sudden change things?
Get a grip and get some perspective.
Is it just that some of you were converted neocons that seriously follow FOX as being a real news source and so this is the medium you relate to for beleiving it is how Paul will get noticed and supported?
I admire and respect Paul to much to want to push or guilt trip him into anything he is clearly not comfortable with or interested in...

If I wanted to support a neocon, FOX ass kisser, I certainly would not be supporting Paul. It is not who he is. It's not who he will ever become.
If it's so true that so many people decide in the last 24 hrs, then calling people at home in the Super Tuesday states is what you all need to get busy with instead of crying here that Paul is for a second time in a row now, avoiding Huckabees forum.
I admire and respect Paul to much to want to push or guilt trip him into anything he is clearly not comfortable with or interested in, no matter how much I have vested in his campaigns. He's already done so much for helping those of us who gave up long ago, to have a hope again, that if WE ban together and help share and spread the message, we can eventually wake enough people up to turn things around, no matter how much worse they may have to get until then.
It's about giving millions of viewers (who are NOT political junkies) the perception that Ron Paul is NOT one of the guys still standing.
lolThat's IRONIC, on this board.
More like, some ACCEPT UNPLEASANT REALITIES. An unpleasant reality is that, HOWEVER DEBATABLE ITS PRODUCT OR SHITTY ITS SERVICE, Fox has a BIG audience. Like Bank of America.
If Ron Paul is too admirable to be pushed into anything with which he is UNCOMFORTABLE, for sure for sure, he ought not be President.
Most of us like that he can not be bought and paid for. That includes us. Just because we invest time and money in him doesn't mean we own him, or set his priorities or agenda. Those of you who think a day of sign waving or a money donation buys you the rights to run Pauls campaign to feel important and special are setting yourself up for one big disapointment after another.
Heck of a way to put it, and if he doesn not win the big game, then all who have a true desire to see change will need to refocus their efforts in another direction, and that direction will be local.I do not believe people feel like "we own him", but we have a right to be critical of moves the campaign makes, especially when they are ones that we feel are detrimental to the goal we are trying to accomplish. When the campaign continues to make moves that some feel are not conducive with a candidate trying to win the nomination, we are therefore less likely to donate our money and our time for the effort. There is only so much money and so much time in a day - there are more than just this one race at stake, and some have decided that their efforts are better used focusing on House, Senate, state and/or local races at this juncture. Simply stated when the Paul campaign makes moves that activists feel are foolish, he loses support from the grassroots - that does not mean he loses votes from us, but he loses our efforts.
For many years ... FAUX has treated him like a red headed stepchild, and he is treated like a "Looney Tune" by most ... I wonder why that is ?
And his treatement by FAUX is his own fault ... He does not control the situation.
It's a major fault which he alone possesses.
Campaign site has been updated. He will be on TV Sunday morning 2times, and then in AK the rest of the day. Nothing on the site for today.
Sometimes the best action to take,
is none at all. so
Whenever some you you "know it alls" are 76 yrs old and run for President,
you can run your campaign however you like.
Until then ...
Is 20 pages of BS, really making the best use of your time?
