The idea that someone can just steal your name and everything you've built and profit off it is a joke. Maybe I should be able to use Ron Paul's name and claim to be a doctor and practice medicine.

I hope this is cleared up soon and Ron gets to own his name again.

Where is is located, and how many people walk by it per day?

It's not about the cart, but the permit to operate on that specific location.
