Ron Paul to Make Major Announcement Next Week

How about a Paul/Perot or Perot/Paul ticket? This would eliminate any fundraising concerns...

I don't think the two have compatible philosophies. Ron Paul hasn't had any trouble raising funds, and he still has some seed money to start with.

I don't think we should get our hopes up about this fusion ticket idea. I would love to see this happen but I don't think it will. I'm not getting my hopes up at all about it being a "major" announcement.

It was broken already. We need to retake it. I know we could if he simply announced, the money would be there and then some.

Last night, CFL events coordinator Don Rasmussen was on the WTPRN.COM show 'The Freedom Message' and was asked specifically about the Sept 10 announcement. He didn't give much more information about the purpose of the announcement, but did say that Cynthia McKinney and Ralph Nader were also invited.

I'd post the archive but WTPRN has been having issues with their archive lately and I don't think it is available. Maybe Don can chime in if he sees this, or we can wait for confirmation from the CFL.

That should definitely fuel further speculations.
