Ron Paul to be interviewed by Chris Matthews on Hardball.....

Doesn't Chris Matthews despise everything Ron Paul stands for?

Alot, probably...... but, I have never seen Chris Matthews be anything but respectful to his guests. HE does ask tought questions sometimes, but he never drowns his opponents out, unless they get repetitive.

MSNBC must know there is some demand for Dr Paul thus leading to more $$ from advertisements. Dont fool yourself, the only reason they will invite him is to TRY and make him look foolish or because their sponsors know people will be watching. Its a game but I will play along this time. Ill be watching.

That's what I was concerned about. I don't watch him, but I thought he was one of those loud mouths that disagree with you and never let you get a minute to explain yourself.

Like the Hannity hatchet job after the second debate. I can't even stand Hannity's voice anymore. I hear him on the radio on my way home, and I have to change the channel immediately. I have a friend at the office who says the same exact thing. After seeing his true colors, I can't stand the guy.

Well, this is good. I know that quite a few people emailed the show and asked them to have Ron Paul on. Ron Paul said himself in an interview a couple months ago that he would like to go on Hardball with Chris Matthews. If Ron wanted to go on the show, then he must think it will be a good thing.

Glad to see they responded to our requests, I'll have to wait until AFTER the show to send in an email of thanks.

Chris is typically fair. He is not even close to hannity when it comes to cutting people off when he disagrees. I will be watching. The more we tune in, the more they will have him on. Then those who do not know ron may be watching and learn something...

The timing seems off. Hardball isn't on at 3:30, 2:30 central. MSNBC News is on then.

Hardball is on @ 6:00pm central time. It looks like some of these "old media" guys, esp. MSNBC, are starting to realize that Ron Paul = more viewers. The Washinton Post article a few days ago must have opened some eyes.

Since tomorrow is my birthday, RP's appearance on Hardball will be a great B-day present.

I always get excited when Dr. Paul is on TV. Like a kid at christmas time. I've never been this way over any candidate before!
